Welcome to GUHSD's Student Information System prototype application - NeXsis
This application is being developed especially to meet the unique needs of our District, Schools and programs.
We encourage administrative-level staff who currently use the legacy GENESIS system to try out NeXsis and provide
feedback on what they like and would like added that will assist them in their job duties.
Your school's Site Support Technician (SST) can assist you in learning
the features of NeXsis, plus provide a review document describing those
features. For those departments and programs without an SST, please
contact Tammy McCabe (tmccabe@guhsd.net) to arrange for a presentation.
We encourage every authorized person to use NeXsis on a frequent basis where they can try it to solve every-day needs.

In order to have your browser display the most up-to-date
information available, you will need to change a setting
as described below.
Instructions are for Windows. Mac users substitute Edit > Preferences for
Tools > Options.

Microsoft Internet Explorer
|
| Click on the "Tools" pull-down
and select "Internet Options...". In the window that appears
and under the "General" tab, "Temporary Internet Files",
click on the button in the middle right labeled, "Settings".
In the window that appears and under, "Check for newer versions
of stored pages", click on the button next to "Every visit
to the page". Click "OK" until you are back at your
original page view.

| Click on the Tools pull-down menu and select Options. Click the Advanced tab and select the Network sub-tab. Replace the default value with 0 (zero) for cache disk space and click "OK".
